Yunda Technology: Controlling shareholder Yunda Innovation agrees to transfer 10% of the company's shares to Zhixiangda Xing.

Yunda Technology Announcement: The controlling shareholder Yunda Innovation transferred 44.39 million shares of the company it held as unrestricted tradable shares to Zhixiangda by agreement. The transfer of ownership registration has been completed in the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation. After this transfer, Zhixiangda became the second largest shareholder of the company.
