Rayco Defense Announcement: The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Xi'an Hengda Microwave Technology Development Co., Ltd., plans to invest 300 million yuan to build the Hengda Microwave Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Center. The project covers an area of approximately 37.6 acres, with a total construction area of approximately 58,000 square meters. The main construction includes intelligent manufacturing workshops, machining workshops, antenna and vehicle system integration workshops, test and inspection buildings, and power stations, and other supporting facilities. The project is scheduled to start in September 2025, with funding from internal resources and self-raised funds. This investment accounts for 8.72% of the audited net assets of the company at the end of 2024, and does not constitute a related party transaction or a significant asset restructuring.
