At the Hunan Big Data Trading Company, Shen Xiaoming inspected the data trading platform, inquired about the sharing and openness of data elements, rights registration, transfer transactions, platform construction, practical applications, etc. He pointed out that it is necessary to further broaden the sources of data, enrich the types of data products, promote the multi-scenario application and multi-party reuse of data, improve the cost-effectiveness of data transactions, and create a data trading system with Hunan characteristics. Visiting the national-level internet backbone direct connection point in Changsha, Shen Xiaoming carefully learned about the overall internet operation and real-time data monitoring and analysis in the province, and encouraged further strengthening of the digital communication foundation to enhance the reliability and security of the network. During the research, Shen Xiaoming emphasized the need to deepen the market-oriented allocation reform of data elements in key areas such as finance, healthcare, meteorology, and culture based on Hunan's characteristics and advantages, attracting more data resources for aggregation and trading in Hunan. Efforts should be made to promote the integration and open sharing of data resources, build a property rights system and market system conducive to data security protection, effective utilization, and compliant circulation. It is necessary to better coordinate development and security, refine and implement data security management measures, and resolutely defend the bottom line of data security.
