On August 8th, the Sanya Land Reserve and Consolidation Trading Center issued a public notice announcing the intention to use special debt funds to store a piece of land in Sanya Yajiaowan Science and Technology City. According to the notice, the land to be stored is the remaining undeveloped land of ZTE Corporation, with a total area of 41,896.8 square meters and a storage price of approximately 10.56 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 16.8 thousand yuan per mu. Currently, it is unclear what the exact reason is for the storage of this piece of land.
