National Bureau of Statistics spokesperson Fu Linghui stated that emerging industries are important bases for cultivating new quality productive forces, with deep integration of scientific and industrial innovation, increasing high-quality innovation supply, and continuously providing driving force for the development of emerging industries. High-tech industries with high technical content and value-added have maintained rapid growth this year, with the value added of the integrated circuit manufacturing and electronic special materials manufacturing industries above designated size in July increasing by 26.9% and 21.7% respectively compared to the same period last year.
