In July, the new house sales prices in Shanghai and Urumqi saw the highest month-on-month increase.

The latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics shows that in July, among the 70 large and medium-sized cities, the cities with the highest month-on-month increase in new home sales prices are Shanghai and Urumqi, both with an increase of 0.3%, ranking first; Sanya and Yichang, both with an increase of 0.2%, ranking second; Changchun and Changde, both with an increase of 0.1%, ranking third. The only city where the second-hand housing prices rose month-on-month was Taiyuan, with an increase of 0.2%.
