On August 15th, the Hangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau issued a public announcement for the auction of state-owned construction land use rights in Hangzhou. Two parcels of land will be auctioned off with a starting price of 1.84289 billion yuan. The land use for both parcels is residential, and the official auction will take place on September 6, 2025. The two parcels of land being auctioned are located in Gongshu District and Qiantang District, and the bidding will be conducted through a free market bidding process, with the highest bidder being the winner.
