The company attached great importance to this issue and immediately conducted an investigation. It was found that Deming Ancient Town regularly conducts internal employee assessments every month. The video footage in question was from the sanitation team assessment on August 12, 2025, where the cleanliness and timeliness of rubbish collection, cleanliness of rubbish bins, and overall cleanliness of the surroundings were evaluated. Sanitation team members demonstrated their skills and team leaders scored them on site. In response to the reported situation, the company has criticized and educated the responsible persons, revised and improved the sanitation assessment regulations, and will adopt a more scientific, reasonable, and humane approach in future work to prevent such incidents from happening again.
