Baipuses announced that one of the actual controllers, Miaojingyun, Shanghai Baipuses, Shanghai Baipu Jiale, and senior executive Lin Tao, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding or block trading from September 5, 2025 to December 4, 2025. Among them, Miaojingyun plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 400,000 shares, Shanghai Baipuses and Shanghai Baipu Jiale collectively plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 4.6 million shares, and Lin Tao plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 94,500 shares.
