Haoyu Micro: Chairman Zhou Wei resigns

Hangyu Micro announced on August 14th that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from the company's Chairman, Zhou Wei. Due to a job transfer, Zhou Wei applied to resign from the positions of Director, Chairman of the 6th Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board's Strategic Development Committee, and member of the Board's Audit Committee. After Zhou Wei's resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the company's business decisions and the normal operation of the Board of Directors, after being nominated by all directors of the Board of Directors and approved at the 14th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, the company's director Yan Zhiyu will temporarily assume the responsibilities of Chairman and Chairman of the Board's Strategic Development Committee. The company's independent director, Zhang Yi, will temporarily assume the responsibilities of member of the Board's Audit Committee, until a new Chairman is elected. The company will follow legal procedures to promptly complete the election of a new Chairman and the adjustment of Board committees.
