Industrial Bank Co. Ltd: The acquisition of Atlantic Tin Ltd's tender offer shares accounts for 96.04%.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China announced that as of the end of the tender offer period, 391 million shares have been accepted, accounting for 96.04% of ATL's total share capital. Recently, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has completed the registration change of the 391 million shares accepted through the tender offer, completed the re-election of ATL's board of directors, and has effectively controlled ATL. Following this, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China will launch a mandatory takeover of the remaining shares of ATL, ultimately reaching 100% ownership of ATL. The total investment amount for this transaction is approximately 98 million Australian dollars, equivalent to about 454 million yuan.
