Shanxi Fenjiu sues Shanxi Xinghuacun Winery for infringement of trademark rights.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanxi Fenjiu added a court announcement, with the case being "infringement of trademark rights", with Shanxi Fenjiu as the plaintiff and Shanxi Xinghuacun Liquor Co., Ltd. as the defendant. Qichacha information shows that Shanxi Fenjiu was established in December 1985, with Yuan Qingmao as the legal representative and registered capital of approximately 1.22 billion. The affiliated company, Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Group Co., Ltd., is the major shareholder of the company. Shanxi Xinghuacun Liquor Co., Ltd. was established in February 2013, with Wang Xiaofen as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan, jointly owned by Shanxi Jiake Media Co., Ltd. and others.
