On August 12, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a notice announcing the final anti-dumping ruling on sol-gel alumina ceramic abrasive grains imported from China: determining that the dumping margin for Chinese producers/exporters is 88.32%. At the same time, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final countervailing duty ruling on sol-gel alumina ceramic abrasive grains imported from China: determining that the tax rate for Four Sand Tyrolit Grinding Co., Ltd., Shandong Yingqi Ceramic Four Sand Tai Shan Abrasive Co., Ltd., Futon Industrial Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Qianyang Hardware Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Kuntai Abrasive Tools Co., Ltd., Luoyang Runbao Superhard Abrasives Co., Ltd., Henan Moao Superhard Materials Co., Ltd., Qingdao Yurong Grinding Materials Co., Ltd., Qingdao Ruike New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Haixu Abrasives Co., Ltd., and other Chinese producers/exporters is 165.05%.
