At the China Regional Airline Development Conference held today, the China Air Transport Association officially released the "China Air Transport Association Air Passenger Self-Discipline Convention". The main contents of this Convention include the release of self-discipline clauses in ten aspects such as aviation safety and service quality. Among these ten self-discipline clauses, the emphasis is placed on strengthening industry self-discipline, maintaining market order, and strengthening anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition measures. It advocates that all enterprises strictly comply with the Price Law, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, and other relevant legal provisions, eliminate malicious competitive behaviors aimed at squeezing out competitors, including low-price dumping and false advertising. The self-discipline clauses also require the China Air Transport Association to strengthen supervision and management of airline ticket prices, refund and change rules executed by airline sales networks and sales agents, strictly prohibiting illegal bundled sales and price markups. The China Air Transport Association requires that airline distribution channels strictly issue standardized invoices in accordance with relevant national regulations, and strictly comply with the requirements of the "Regulations on Passenger Services in Public Air Transport". It is strictly forbidden for unregistered and undisclosed airline sales agents to engage in sales agent business.
