On August 14th, Huaxin Trust's official website released an announcement titled "Announcement on the Acquisition of Personal Investors' Trust Beneficiary Rights", stating that the company recently received a letter from Dalian Anding Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. According to the letter, the acquiring company will acquire the trust beneficiary rights of qualified individual investors by September 25, 2025, in accordance with the overall arrangement for risk disposal, and entrust the company to announce and assist in handling the relevant signing matters.
