The country's first project of "List-topping" in cultural technology empowerment has been announced.

Recently, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, together with the Zhongguancun Management Committee and relevant departments, released the country's first list of "flagship" projects for science and technology to empower culture, creating a platform for the integration of culture and technology. In order to guide high-quality scientific and technological resources into the cultural field, the 2025 Science and Technology Empowerment Culture "Flagship" project list focuses on four main directions: "Museum City," "Entertainment Capital," "Bookish Beijing," and "Beijing Audiovisual City," and has identified six specific needs. Among them, the development and demonstration application project of a museum "intelligent companion tour" navigation system based on domestic AI large models will accelerate the construction of the "Museum City"; the development and demonstration application project of an immersive interactive experience system for ancient archival literary heritage-style thunder map archives will promote the development of "Bookish Beijing"; and the development and demonstration application project of a full score analysis and AI-assisted intelligent filming system for music programs will support the construction of the "Entertainment Capital".
