In the past 24 hours, the average rainfall in the entire area was 89.3 millimeters, with the maximum cumulative rainfall reaching 148.0 millimeters. The local flood control response was upgraded from level 3 to level 2 this morning. As of 11 o'clock today, the entire area is under an orange rainstorm warning, a yellow thunderstorm and strong wind warning, and a blue typhoon warning.
