The bottleneck of the engineering of trenchless optical fiber communication has been broken through
Recently, FiberHome Communications has made breakthrough progress in the engineering application research by relying on self-developed hollow core anti-resonance optical fiber. Systematic research has been conducted on the engineering challenges faced by long-span hollow core optical fibers meeting the application conditions of the current network, such as water vapor immersion, CO gas absorption peak, and OPGW hollow core optical cable lightning strike experiments. The related achievements have been published in journals such as "Acta Optica Sinica" and "Journal of Optical Communications Research", pushing the technology towards large-scale application. Looking ahead, hollow core optical fibers are expected to reshape the global technological landscape in areas such as encrypted communication and 6G networks.
