Wisdom Finance APP News, Capital Group Financial Control (00204.HK) issued an announcement on August 13, 2025, that the company received a winding-up petition from the company's creditors on August 11, 2025, and submitted to the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for the winding-up of the company in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 32 of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance of Hong Kong. The petition relates to the unpaid principal amount of HK$6.2 million, together with interest, on several loans previously advanced by the petitioner. The petition will be heard in the High Court of Hong Kong on October 22, 2025.
