Century Tianhong (300654.SZ) controlling shareholder plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 3%

Zhijun Finance and Economics APP News, Century Tianhong (300654.SZ) announced that the controlling shareholder of the company, Xinjiang Zhihong Education Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhihong Education"), which holds 46.71% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 10.9837 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the total share capital of the company) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure of the announcement.
