Li Jun Group announced that shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Wei Yong and their concerted action person Anxin Securities Asset Management - Wei Yong - Anxin Asset Management Chuangying No. 29 Single Asset Management Plan collectively hold 132 million shares, accounting for 12.80%. The two parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 10.33 million shares, or 1%, using the centralized bidding method from September 5, 2025 to December 4, 2025; and reduce their holdings by no more than 20.66 million shares, or 2%, using the block trading method.
