At 17:00 today, the national flood control and drought relief headquarters will raise the emergency response level for flood and typhoon prevention in Guangdong and Fujian to level three. The work teams previously dispatched will continue to assist and guide the typhoon prevention and response work in Guangdong. According to the meteorological department's forecast, Typhoon "Yangliu" is expected to make landfall again along the coast from Xiamen, Fujian to Shantou, Guangdong during the night of the 13th to the early morning of the 14th, and continue to move in a west-northwesterly direction. As a result, some areas of Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, and Hunan will experience heavy to torrential rain on the 13th and 14th, with localized extremely heavy rain in eastern Guangdong and southeastern Fujian.
