Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister visits India: India receives 200 billion rupees investment to establish new data center.
Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry, Heng Swee Keat, began his visit to India on the 12th and witnessed Singaporean companies signing investment agreements totaling around 200 billion rupees. Heng Swee Keat attended the unveiling ceremony of Keppel Group's new data center with Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Keppel Group plans to invest around 200 billion rupees in Mumbai and Pune, covering business parks, data centers, logistics, and industrial parks. The company has already invested in establishing business parks in Bangalore, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune, and operates 12 industrial and logistics parks in India.
