Guanghe Technology Announcement: The company, together with Shenzhen Jiupai Capital Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Cangguang Technology Co., Ltd., Huang Fuzhu, Yu Xiaorong, Huang Xiaoqin, Ou Yuyu, Hu Sizheng, Huang Yancheng, and Xia Yanghua, jointly signed the "Jiupai Hongtao Emerging Industry Venture Capital Fund Limited Partnership Agreement". The company, as a limited partner, subscribed RMB 30 million with its own funds to establish the Jiupai Hongtao Emerging Industry Venture Capital Fund Limited Partnership, accounting for 33.31% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership. The partnership has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures and obtained the "Business License" issued by the Suzhou Xiangcheng District Data Bureau.
