Anlu Technology announced that Anxin Partnership and its concerted actors Anluxin Partnership, Xintian Partnership, National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., Silan Microelectronics and its concerted actors Silan Venture Capital, and Shenzhen Siqi plan to collectively reduce their stake in the company by no more than 3.25%.
