Capital Connect (01473.HK) announced that all conditions set forth in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement was completed on August 13, 2025. A total of 199 million shares (approximately 16.7% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the completion of the placement) were successfully placed at the placement price of HK$0.180 per share to no fewer than six placees in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.
