The Central Meteorological Station issued a typhoon orange alert at 18:00 on August 13: The center of the 11th typhoon of the year, "Yangliu", landed on the coast of Taimali Township, Taitung County, Taiwan around 13:00 today, with the maximum wind force near the center reaching 14 levels and the minimum central pressure reaching 955 hPa. By 4:00 in the afternoon, the center had moved into the Taiwan Strait, and by 5:00, the center was located on the Taiwan Strait sea surface about 260 kilometers east-southeast of Zhangpu County in Fujian Province, at 23.1 degrees north latitude and 119.9 degrees east longitude, with the maximum wind force near the center reaching 12 levels and the minimum central pressure reaching 970 hPa. The radius of the seven-level wind circle is 170 to 320 kilometers, the ten-level wind circle radius is 80 to 100 kilometers, and the twelve-level wind circle radius is 50 kilometers.
