Positive Element Financial Holdings (01152) has appointed RaffAello Capital Limited and Red Sun Capital as joint independent financial advisors.

Intelligence Finance APP News, Zhengqian Financial Holdings (01152) announced that RaffAello Capital Limited, a licensed corporation regulated to conduct Type 6 (providing advice on corporate finance) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and Red Sun Capital Limited, a licensed corporation regulated to conduct Type 1 (securities trading) and Type 6 (providing advice on corporate finance) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, have been appointed as joint independent financial advisors to provide advice to the independent director committee and independent shareholders on the above matter. This appointment has been approved by the independent director committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeover Code.
