Maotai sues "Gan Jiu" for trademark infringement, court hearing scheduled for tomorrow.

Recently, Guizhou Maotai Liquor Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit against four companies including Jiangxi GANJIU Liquor Co., Ltd. for infringement. Guizhou Maotai believes that the "GANJIU 1953" products produced by GANJIU Company have violated its trademark exclusive rights such as No. 284526, No. 1567674, No. 28400045, etc. The case will be officially heard in court at 14:30 tomorrow afternoon.
