On August 13, the Shanghai Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission announced the approval of CHING SZE WAN WINNIE's qualification as Chairperson of HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited. The company is required to strictly comply with the relevant regulatory requirements of the regulatory commission. Within 2 months from the date of this administrative licensing decision, the above-mentioned qualified individuals are required to take up their positions, and report to the Shanghai Regulatory Bureau on their appointment within 10 days. Failure to take up the position within the specified period will result in the expiration of the qualification.
