Beijing's Kaire Group (CG.US) plans to sell HSO to Bain Capital (BCSF.US) for $1 billion, accelerating the recovery of the private equity market.

According to the Economic Observer APP, informed sources revealed that the private equity giant Carlyle Group (CG.US) is close to reaching an important deal, planning to sell its Dutch technology services company HSO to Bain Capital (BCSF.US), with the valuation of the latter estimated at around 1 billion US dollars.
