Yang Shanhua, Deputy Director of the Development and Reform Commission of Hainan Province, stated on August 13 at the "Interpretation of Hainan Free Trade Port Policies" series theme press conference that recently, Hainan issued the "Regulations on Promoting the Development of Private Economy in Hainan Free Trade Port." These regulations give private economic organizations a greater scope and level of rights. After the regulations take effect, policies and measures that do not meet the requirements for promoting the development of the private economy will be promptly cleaned up, and relevant policies and measures will be adjusted and improved in a timely manner. In order to avoid emptying out the system, the regulations also establish a mechanism for handling complaints from private economic organizations, department responses, and feedback on rectification, closing the "last mile" from the regulations on paper to practice.
