"Willow" landed in Taitung, Taiwan, and Fujian upgraded its typhoon emergency response to level II.

The "Fujian Release" WeChat account announced that as of today, the center of this year's 11th typhoon "Yangliu" made landfall on the coast of Taimali Township, Taitung County, Taiwan before 13:00. At the time of landfall, the maximum wind force near the center was 14 levels, with a minimum central pressure of 955 hectopascals. The Fujian Provincial Meteorological Observatory raised the "typhoon warning" to level II at 12:15 on the 13th, and also issued a level III "rainstorm warning". The Fujian Provincial Defense Command decided to raise the typhoon emergency response to level II at 12:15 on August 13, and simultaneously activated the level IV flood prevention emergency response.
