Guiyang Airport's daily passenger throughput has set a new record three times in eleven days.

On August 10th, Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport broke a new record for daily passenger throughput, reaching 83,906 passengers, the highest so far. This is the third time since the summer peak season this year that Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport has set a new record for daily passenger throughput. Previously, on July 31st and August 9th, historical records of 82,589 and 82,610 passengers were respectively set. Zhang Peng, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Guizhou Civil Aviation Group, stated that there are currently 6 "spoke-hub" flight routes operating, connecting 5 provincial destinations, effectively improving the level of interconnection within the province.
