Tianjin: Introduces new measures to use housing provident fund to pay down payment for buying existing homes

In order to better meet the housing consumption needs of the depositors of the housing provident fund in our city, Tianjin Housing Provident Fund Management Center recently launched a new convenience service initiative for extracting housing provident fund to pay down payment for purchasing existing homes. Depositors and their spouses who meet the criteria can apply for a one-time withdrawal of the housing provident fund amount before the month of the signing of the housing purchase contract to pay the down payment.
