ChatGPT's latest feature update: providing three response modes - "automatic," "quick," and "deep thinking."

On August 13th, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman posted on social media platform introducing the latest updates to ChatGPT. It mentioned that currently GPT-5 offers three modes of response selection: "automatic", "quick", and "deep thinking". Sam Altman said that most users are suitable for the "automatic" mode, but the added control options will provide convenience for specific users with different needs. He also stated that the upcoming GPT-5 new version personality will be more friendly than the existing version, while avoiding the excessive enthusiasm of GPT-4. "The team deeply understands: in the future, personalized AI personality customization features must be achieved." he added.
