Pfizer stated on Tuesday that the FDA has informed them that they may not extend its emergency use authorization for children aged 6 months to 4 years. Pfizer has applied to maintain this authorization for the upcoming fall and winter seasons and is "in discussions with the FDA regarding potential solutions".
