In an announcement by Upwind New Materials, from July 9, 2025 to the date of this announcement, Golden Wind Investment Control reduced its holdings in the company by 1.5844 million shares through centralized bidding trading, bringing its shareholdings down to 5.00%. In addition, Golden Wind Investment Control has signed a share transfer agreement with Zhiyuan Xinchuang Partnership, intending to transfer 4.40% of the shares under the agreement, which is currently pending confirmation and transfer procedures by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
