On August 8, a local state-owned enterprise in Guangzhou, Zhu Shi Real Estate, announced the launch of a "price guarantee" campaign, covering 7 projects currently on sale. It promises that from August 8 to October 15, buyers of designated properties can have the price guaranteed until the end of the year, and can apply for compensation of the corresponding price difference if they end up paying more. On August 11, officials from Zhu Shi Real Estate stated that the main projects participating in the campaign are the company's key projects, with the core purpose being to boost the confidence of potential customers. Over a month ago, four projects in the Guangzhou region by Yuexiu Real Estate, as well as the China Communications Construction Company's Future City in Huangpu, had already introduced the concept of "price guarantee purchase". Market data shows that after the "May Day" holiday, there has been a decrease in the activity of the real estate market in Guangzhou, with a double-digit decrease in transaction volume in July compared to the previous month and year.
