According to the Securities Times app, just two months after completing its highly anticipated public listing in recent years, stablecoin issuer Circle (CRCL.US) reported a loss in the second quarter, while revenue exceeded expectations. As of the time of writing, the company's stock price has risen by about 7% in pre-market trading to about $172, up from its IPO price of $31.
