Ganfeng Lithium: Ganfeng International and LAR jointly integrate joint venture company.

Ganfeng Lithium Announcement: GFL International Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd., plans to integrate with Lithium Argentina AG to establish a joint venture company and inject three lithium salt lake assets - PPG Lithium Salt Lake, PG Lithium Salt Lake, and Puna Lithium Salt Lake - into Millennial Lithium Corp for joint development in Argentina's Pozuelos-Pastos Grandes salar basin. As part of the transaction, the company or its subsidiary agrees to provide financial support to LAR of up to 130 million US dollars, with LAR using its equity in the integrated Millennial as collateral. The financial support will primarily be used to meet LAR's funding needs, including the construction and development of the integrated PPGS lithium salt lake project or other agreed-upon purposes. This transaction is subject to approval from relevant government departments, with the risk of not obtaining approval.
