Golden Key Innovation: Subsidiary Golden Key Energy Conservation plans to introduce strategic investment from Agricultural Bank of China Investment.

Jinkai New Energy announced on the evening of August 12 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jinkai Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary Jinkai New Energy Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. plans to increase capital and introduce strategic investor Agricultural Bank Investment. Agricultural Bank Investment plans to increase the capital of Jinkai Energy Saving by no more than 1.2 billion yuan in cash. After the transaction is completed, Jinkai Energy Saving will still be a subsidiary of Jinkai Limited. On the same day, Jinkai New Energy also announced that Tian Jinkai Comprehensive Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinkai Limited holding 100% equity, plans to sign an "Energy Management Cooperation Agreement" with Jinrui Group's subsidiary JinXinwen Travel, the controlling shareholder of the company. Tian Jinkai Comprehensive Energy will be responsible for investing, constructing, owning, and operating distributed photovoltaic power stations, high-efficiency energy stations, smart charging piles, and smart energy management platforms within the Global Magnetic Card Industrial Park.
