Officials from the Ministry of Finance answered questions from reporters on the Implementation Plan of the Financial Subsidy Policy for Personal Consumption Loans. The plan provides financial subsidy support to service industry entities that meet the criteria, with an annual interest subsidy rate of 1 percentage point and a subsidy period of no more than 1 year, with a maximum subsidy amount of 10,000 yuan per household. The specific conditions are as follows: 1. Scope of support: Service industry entities in 8 categories including catering, accommodation, health, elderly care, childcare, housekeeping, culture and entertainment, tourism, and sports can enjoy subsidy support for loans. 2. Term condition: For loans signed between the day the "Boost Consumption Special Action Plan" is publicly released and March 16, 2025, and disbursed to the entities by December 31, 2025, subsidies will be provided based on the loan principal. 3.
