Taiping Bird announced on the evening of August 12th that shareholder Chen Hongchao, who holds 4.75% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his shareholding by no more than 14.1322 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, i.e., no more than 3% of the total number of company shares.
