Cisco announced that the shareholder Ningbo Tongtai Xin Chuang Venture Capital Partnership plans to transfer 2.2 million shares, accounting for 2.20% of the total share capital of the company, through inquiry transfer method due to its own capital needs. The transferor promises that the shares held have been released from restrictions and there is no situation where they cannot be reduced. The minimum price for this inquiry transfer shall not be lower than 70% of the average stock trading price of the 20 trading days before the sending of the subscription invitation. The transferee must have corresponding pricing ability and risk bearing capacity, including securities firms, fund management companies, futures companies and other professional institutional investors.
