(hereinafter referred to as "Fuhua Information") plans to invest 48.87 million yuan to participate in the total capital increase of 398.87 million yuan of Lianguang Yuanhe (Shanghai) Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lianguang Yuanhe"). The above capital increase will be jointly completed by some original shareholders and new investors, and the raised funds will focus on the commercialization of short-term-medium-term-long-term ultra-wideband and ultra-high-speed communication systems. After the completion of this transaction, Fuhua Information will hold 3.0565% of the target company's equity.
