Wisdom Financial APP News, Mingyuan Cloud (00909) announced that recently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary MytePro Technology Japan Co., Ltd. (MytePro Japan) has signed a share purchase agreement with three independent third parties to acquire ASIOT Co., Ltd., a service provider specializing in providing artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for the real estate industry in Japan. According to the share purchase agreement, MytePro Japan has agreed to acquire 100% of the target company's equity for a total cash consideration of 700 million yen.
