Hua Jian Group (600629.SH): Guosheng Group intends to reduce its shareholding by no more than 1%

Zhijian Finance APP News, Huajian Group (600629.SH) announced that Guosheng Group plans to further optimize the state-owned equity structure. Within three months from the day of the announcement disclosure, from September 3, 2025 to December 2, 2025, Guosheng Group plans to reduce its company's shares by no more than 9.7033 million shares through centralized bidding, i.e. not exceeding 1% of the total share capital of the company.
