In order to deal with the typhoon "Yangliu", the Fujian Maritime Bureau initiated a level emergency response at 9:00 on August 12, focusing on strengthening typhoon prevention in the southern waters of Fujian. As of 15:00 on the 12th, a total of 11 passenger ferry routes and 38 passenger ferries along the Fujian coast have been suspended, including the Quanzhou to Kinmen "small three links" passenger ferry route. 81 offshore construction projects have been suspended, 217 offshore construction vessels have been moved to safe waters, and the maritime department has escorted one large oil tanker out of port to avoid the storm. The maritime department has continuously issued warning information, implemented "point-to-point" reminders for ships navigating the Taiwan Strait, and guided 764 ships to avoid the storm and detour. They have organized the evacuation and relocation of ships along the coast, evacuated personnel, and cooperated with the communication and navigation departments to ensure radio and navigation support, guiding ships to safely enter anchorages to avoid the storm.
