ST Huawei announced that if the company fails to complete the required corrections before the deadline, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting on August 13, 2025, with an expected suspension period of no more than 2 months. The company must recover all funds occupied by its controlling shareholders and their affiliates, but as of the date of this announcement, the company has not completed the rectification. If the company fails to recover the occupied funds within 6 months, the stock will be subject to delisting risk warning.
